Clinical Operations Training SpecialistDonorConnect is seeking a full-time Clinical Operations Training Specialist. This position is responsible for developing and implementing continual training and development of clinical staff to foster high performance and routinely meet or exceed performance standards. You will collaborate with the Learning and Organizational Development team to create, develop, and implement new hire onboarding skills and competencies providing continuous assessment and feedback to new hires and teams. Provide on-the-job training and evaluation.
