JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYResponsible for analyzing property-level performance such as leasing, income, expenses and overall cash flow, as well as handle reporting duties to lenders and capital partners. Further, the Analyst will support regional asset management directors in the valuation, reforecast, budgeting, and disposition processes.JOB DESCRIPTION<ul><li>Conducts financial analysis of development assets, including the crating of detailed pro-forma and financial models. Gathers, complies investigates, and analyzes market data to identify market trends, and prepares narrative memoranda, detailed reports, and market summaries that provide insights on property level and market trends.</li><li>Establishes and maintains productive relationships with local market brokers, institutional and equity partners, lenders, real estate owners, and other key stakeholders, and appropriately manages on-going communications related to development transactions.</li><li>Participates in developing documentation and recommendations on key findings that may affect the return and financial performance of the proposed deal.</li><li>Monitors and reports on the status and progress of sales transactions and new product deliveries within the assigned geographic region. Asset Management Analyst

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting with management and operation of clinic.
