Essential Functions: <ul><li>Prepare the Preventative Maintenance work orders for the Maintenance team on a weekly basis.</li><li>Enter requisitions, requests receipts and reconcile invoicing for completion for all outside services</li><li>Assist in the development of general Maintenance procedures and work instructions.</li><li>Oversees requests of quotations for spare parts based on technical request from Engineering and Maintenance teams.</li><li>Order and track spare parts requests in the on-site Purchasing system.</li><li>Generates unplanned work orders to address equipment issues as they arise</li><li>Organize and maintain all ordered, received, on hold, and cancelled parts requests within an Excel spreadsheet and reconcile invoicing for completion.</li><li>Maintain the Critical Equipment Spare Part Excel Sheet and create identification tags for parts that are received in.</li><li>Navigate through multiple computer system applications such as MicroMain (Maintenance Management System), Q-Pulse, and Tropos.</li><li>Comfortable walking onto the Production floor to receive incoming spare parts and manage the spare parts storage area.</li><li>Create and modify Microsoft Excel Sheets through the utilization of conditional formatting and basic formulas.</li><li>Gather data from multiple spreadsheet sources and create re-occurring reports for the on-site management team.</li><li>Assist in the planning of Maintenance shut down jobs working with the Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Engineering team</li><li>Receives and logs inventory into Critical Spare Inventory</li><li>Maintains cleanliness and organization of parts cage, consumable bins, and chemical storage areas</li><li>Coordinates shipment and receipt of components for rebuild/overhaul</li><li>Generates inventory reports and PM% completion reports</li><li>Schedules and coordinates on-site contractors for tasks requiring outside maintenance support to typically include routine maintenance of HVAC, fire alarm, sprinkler systems, etc.</li><li>Receive contractors as they arrive on-site, present defined site safety requirements, and ensures contractor compliance of all site safety policies including lockout / tagout</li><li>Ensure work is in compliance with of all site safety policies including lockout/tagout</li><li>Maintains a safe and organized workstation and follows all company policy, safety, and procedures.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li><li>Manage consumable Preventive Maintenance spares as they are used throughout the year.</li><li>Demonstrate a basic knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical system principles.</li><li>Comfortable working in dirty environments to support the Maintenance spare parts program.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to obtain in-house mobile equipment certification, including forklift, scissor lift and boom lift</li></ul> Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, manufacturing experience, parts inventory experience, or any combination of maintenance, manufacturing, and/or parts inventory experience.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience working with computers, MS Office Suite or Google Suite.</li><li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Maintenance Planner (Parts Inventory)

<h4>Overview</h4>The Installation Technician is responsible for ensuring the successful installation of commercial kitchen equipment and exceptional service delivery to our customers. While performing the duties of this role, the Installation Technician must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices. This position receives direction and close supervision from the Foreman and/or Project Managers.<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Safely deliver, uncrate, assemble, and install commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites while ensuring full functionality in accordance with product specifications. Equipment includes but is not limited to walk-in coolers, freezers, hoods, ice-machines, and ovens.&nbsp;</li><li>Load and unload equipment and tools properly for equipment delivery and installation.&nbsp;</li><li>Hang and secure shelving, racking, and other wall or ceiling products.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all work documentation is fully and accurately completed (i.e. job progress and hours worked).&nbsp;</li><li>Attend required safety training.&nbsp;</li></ul>*The duties and responsibilities described are not necessarily an exhaustive list.
